Pflegemaßnahmen in der primärversorgung angesichts der risiken von bluthochdruck während der schwangerschaft

Präeklampsie präsentiert sich als eines der hypertensiven Syndrome, die Frauen während der Schwangerschaft, während der Geburt und / oder in der postpartalen Periode bis zu 10 Tagen betreffen können, so dass es immer noch eine Pathologie ist, die, wenn sie nicht richtig diagnostiziert und behandelt wird, großen Schaden anrichten und sogar zum Tod der schwangeren Frau und / oder des Teilenden führen kann. Das Hauptziel dieser Studie ist es, die Prävention von Präeklampsie in der Primärversorgung durch Krankenpflege zu kennen. Daher lautet die folgende Frage: Was sind die pflegerischen Maßnahmen in der Primärversorgung angesichts der Risiken von Bluthochdruck während der Schwangerschaft? Die vorliegende Arbeit basiert auf einer bibliographischen Forschung, mit einem qualitativen Ansatz, der durch die integrative Review-Methode durchgeführt wird. Um die Daten zu sammeln, wurde eine Untersuchung in den Datenbanken Google Scholar, Pubmed, Scielo und Medline durchgeführt. Die verwendeten Deskriptoren waren: Risiken. Schwangerschaft. Hypertonie. Krankenpflege. Die für die Stichprobenauswahl verwendeten Einschlusskriterien waren: Artikel, die von 2015 bis 2020 elektronisch veröffentlicht wurden; Sprache Portugiesisch. Ausschlusskriterien waren Artikel unter 2015 und Keywords, die nichts mit dem Thema zu tun haben. Für die vollständige Analyse der ausgewählten Artikel wurde eine Online-Plattform (Suche in Datenbanken) verwendet, mit dem Ziel, zu extrahieren (Titel und Zweck der Artikel), zu organisieren (in Tabellenform), die Informationen zusammenzufassen und die Bildung der Datenbank zu erleichtern. Die Ergebnisse zeigten 35 veröffentlichte Artikel, aber nur 15 Artikel in den letzten fünf Jahren haben als Hauptthema die Prävention und Risiken von Präeklampsie in der Primärversorgung. Es wird der Schluss gezogen, dass die wichtigsten Verhaltensweisen, die nicht nur von Krankenschwestern, sondern vom gesamten Team in der Primärversorgung angewendet werden, auf dem Aufnahmeprozess basieren sollten, der sich auf Maßnahmen konzentriert, die bei der Prävention von Präeklampsie entscheidend sein können.

Abstract (English)

Preeclampsia presents itself as one of the hypertensive syndromes that can affect women during pregnancy, during childbirth and/or in the postpartum period up to 10 days, so that it is still a pathology that, when not properly diagnosed and treated, can cause great harm and even lead to the death of the pregnant woman and/or parturient. The main objective of this study is to know the prevention of preeclampsia in primary care by nursing. Therefore, the following question is: what are the nursing actions in Primary Care in the face of the risks of hypertension during pregnancy? The present work is based on a bibliographic research, with a qualitative approach carried out through the integrative review method. To collect the data, an investigation was carried out in the databases: Google Scholar, Pubmed, Scielo and Medline. The descriptors used were: Risks. Gestation. Hypertension. Nursing. The inclusion criteria used for sample selection were: articles available electronically published from 2015 to 2020; language Portuguese. Exclusion criteria were articles lower than 2015 and keywords that are not related to the theme. For the full analysis of the selected articles, an online platform (search in databases) was used, with the purpose of extracting (title and purpose of the articles), organizing (in table form), summarizing the information and facilitating the formation of the database. The results indicated 35 published articles, but only 15 articles, in the last five years, have as main theme the prevention and risks of preeclampsia in primary care. It is concluded that the main conducts used not only by nurses, but by the entire team working in primary care, should be based on the welcoming process focused on actions that may be determinant in the prevention of preeclampsia.
