Combined proteomic and metabolomic/lipidomic approach with the aim to characterize the molecular mechanism of valproic acid (VPA)/simvastatin (SIM) combination in tissue tumor samples derived from 22Rv1 mCRPC cells xenografted mice, with respect to untreated samples.
