Acanthoscaphites praequadrispinosus Błaszkiewicz, 1980 (38: pl. 19, figs. 6–8), holotype, IG 1.310.II.17, macroconch, left lateral, Nostoceras (N.) hyatti Zone, Piotrawin, Vistula River Valley, Poland. Forms similar or identical to this species occur in the Baculites reesidei-B. jenseni zones of the Western Interior of North America. The specimen is illustrated natural size.
