ionBench v0.2.0-alpha

The gradient calculator, originally introduced in v0.1.1 has been upgraded to use myokit sensitivities. It can also calculate the jacobian of the vector of residuals. Added new optimisers, such as a new SPSA implementation, conjugate gradient through scipy, simulated annealing from Vanier 1999 and curvilinear gradient descent from Dokos 2004.
