Abstract: This paper aims to investigate Employee Engagement from past few years through Bibliometric Research. The objective is attained through a comprehensive, in-depth analysis of the literature. We intend to comprehend thoroughly the conceptual, theoretical, future research, and trending aspects of employee engagement. This study focuses on research questions such as most prolific in the field of employee engagement, most prolific in the field of Employee Engagement, most productive research on the subject of employee engagement has been financed by a number of authors and funding agencies throughout the world. Subject papers have shown a year-by-year increase since the field's inception. Keywords that are used the most, papers that are cited the most, themes that are currently trending, and documents organised by affiliation are some of the categories included in this research on the subject of employee engagement. This paper analyses a portfolio of 997 research papers, thereby producing results. The software VOSviewer 1.6.18 is used for analysing maps and detecting keywords. Articles are extracted from the Scopus database between 2003 and 2023 (June) and analysed practically. This study is founded on Bibliometric analysis and provides a detailed literature-based analysis. Using VOSviewer 1.6.18, the study evaluated the articles and filtered out a total of 3,796 articles. The analysis of the study is useful for HR practitioners and service sectors to measure the level of engagement.
