Identifying Social Vulnerability in Southeast Texas

This poster investigates social vulnerability, which measures resilience in the face of disasters such as floods and hurricanes. Vulnerability does not increase the likelihood of disasters, but rather influences a population or individual's ability to respond and recover from them.
