THE GENESIS OF E-COMMERCE IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND ITS PLACE IN THE NATIONAL LEGAL SYSTEM

This article for the first time systematically studiedthe genesis of e-commerce in the contextof digital transformation and its place in the national legal system. It describes the concept and distinctive features of e-commerce. The scientific and methodological genesis, characteristics and features of legal regulation are analyzed. Along with this, the subject and method of e-commerce law as an academic discipline are studied. In addition, it examines the functions of the science of e-commerce law, its difference from related branches of law, principles, sources of e-commerce law, as well as legal relations in the field of e-commerce. Especially, it reveals foreign and domestic legal and economic scientific sources, as well as the essence of legal acts relating to the research topic. In addition, in the context of the transformation of digital civil circulation, author's approaches and scientific, conceptual points of view, the role and place of e-commerce in the national legal system are substantiated.
