deep_learning_for_soil_moisture_prediction

Three machine learning models and seven deep learning models take part in this comparative research.

The basic_deep_learning_models.py consists of the CNN, LSTM and Encoder models.;the attention_and_lstm_hybrid_models.py consists of the FA-LSTM, TA-LSTM and FTA-LSTM models; the CNN_LSTM_hybrid_models.py consists of the CNN-LSTM, LSTM-CNN and CNN-with-LSTM models. 

RFandSVR.py and elm.py includes the three machine learning models for predicting soil moisture.
