Lamprodila (Palmar) festiva (Linnaeus, 1767) (Coleoptera: Buprestidae) nowy gatunek w faunie Polski

Description

An invasive species of jewel beetle, Lamprodila (Palmar) festiva (Linnaeus, 1767), has been discovered for the first time in two locations in Poland. This species, which was previously found only in the Mediterranean region, has now also been documented in North Africa, Southern Europe, the southern regions of Central Europe, and Asia Minor. In recent years, the species has significantly expanded its range to include neighboring areas.
