T&C - Plant Hydraulics v1 (2023)

  • 1. ROR icon Imperial College London

Description

Model code used for the paper: "When do plant hydraulics matter in terrestrial biosphere modelling?"

The model is the extension of the terrestrial biosphere model T&C (Fatichi et al., 2012, 2019) including four variants of plant hydraulics

  • The source code is located in the folder /T&C_Code
  • The meteorological input data are located in the folder /Inputs
  • Example model parameters are included in a .m file with the name convention MOD_PARAM_[site]
  • To run the model run the file [site]_GO

The model was tested with MATLAB 2023a:

Necessary dependencies:

  • The Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox
