T&C - Plant Hydraulics v1 (2023)
Description
Model code used for the paper: "When do plant hydraulics matter in terrestrial biosphere modelling?"
The model is the extension of the terrestrial biosphere model T&C (Fatichi et al., 2012, 2019) including four variants of plant hydraulics
- The source code is located in the folder /T&C_Code
- The meteorological input data are located in the folder /Inputs
- Example model parameters are included in a .m file with the name convention MOD_PARAM_[site]
- To run the model run the file [site]_GO
The model was tested with MATLAB 2023a:
Necessary dependencies:
- The Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox
