Data Management Strategy - Implementing while designing

RDM is strategically crucial for any research institution. It assumes a position of paramount importance, as it directly contributes to the efficient management and maximisation of the institution's valuable asset, the Research Data. Therefore, some aspects are crucial, such as:

1. The institution's organisation needs to embed data stewardship into a strategic

management position.

2. Bridging the gap across institutions´ silos.

3. Establish triggers to enable the adoption of routines and best practices.

4. Focus on Research Project Management over DMP.
