ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE DURING THE WAR AND POST-WAR PERIODS: INVESTMENT SUPPORT FOR INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence of the concepts of "innovation", "investment", their legislative definitions and their importance for investment support for the innovative development of enterprises in Ukraine in the war and post-war periods. Emphasis is placed on the imperfection of the normative interpretation of these terms due to the presence of different approaches. The peculiarities of investment provision in wartime are revealed, general losses and damage are characterized, an assessment of the most mutilated industrial facilities of Ukraine is given, taking into account the level of losses of Ukraine's GDP during the war. It has been established that thanks to investment funds, it was possible to implement several successful projects that work for the benefit of our country and help to effectively conduct military operations. The direction of reconstruction of Ukraine after the war is proposed.
