Економічна результативність і використання ресурсного потенціалу аграрних підприємств у забезпеченні зайнятості населення

Проаналізовано економічну результативність розвитку аграрного підприємництва у формуванні зайнятості населення в контексті використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємств. Визначено, що аграрне підприємництво є пріоритетною сферою розвитку національної економіки, основою зайнятості більшості населення сільських територій України на сільському ринку праці. Досліджено, що аграрний сектор економіки характеризується низькою соціальною спрямованістю діяльності суб'єктів господарювання. Встановлено, що сировинна експортоорієнтована направленість сільськогосподарського виробництва зумовлює викривлення структури валового виробництва з акцентом на обмежену групу товарів, що має попит за кордоном. Наведено ефекти у формуванні механізму зайнятості населення. Зайнятість населення сільської місцевості розглянуто шляхом аналізу основних показників та структурних характеристик, що дозволило зробити висновок про важливість неформального сектору реалізації потреби у зайнятості для сільського населення.

ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES IN THE FORMATION OF THE INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISM OF EMPLOYMENT AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT

 The economic effectiveness of the agrarian entrepreneurship's development in formation of employment among rural population in context resource potential using by enterprises is analyzed. It was determined that agrarian entrepreneurship is a priority area of the national economy development, the basis of employment of the majority of the rural population in Ukraine and remains the main type of activity that forms demand in the rural labor market. In order to study dynamics of the development of agrarian entrepreneurshipes structures, a methodical approach for structuring entities of agrarian enterprise was used. It made possible to determine the prospects for the development of employment, taking into account the peculiarities of the economic entities. It has been studied that the agrarian sector of national economy that characterized by a low social orientation in activities of economic entities, where the value is redistributed by favor of profit but not the interests of employees. It was established that the raw material exportoriented agricultural production leads to a deformation of structure of gross production with emphasis on a limited group of goods that is in demand abroad, instead of meeting the needs of the domestic market. The effects, their analytical confirmation and organizational and economic problems of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship in formation of institutional mechanism of rural population in Ukraine employment are given. An analysis of development of Ukrainian farms was carried out through: an analysis of dynamics their availability, size, productivity and effectiveness development. It made possible to draw a conclusion about the presence of a stable growth trend in agricultural sector of national economy. There was considered employment of the rural population by analyzing the main indicators and structural characteristics, which allowed us to draw a conclusion about the importance of the informal sector in realizing the need for employment for the rural population.
