Description
This is an updated version of TIS-ION code to perform homopolymeric ssDNA or dsDNA simulations in presence of explicit ions such as Na, Mg, Ca etc. Users need to supply temperature, sequence information, concentration of specific ions and box length. Required packages include Packmol, OpenMM.
