Description

ELIXIR [https://elixir-europe.org/] is an European bioinformatics infrastructure that enables researchers to find, analyse and share data, exchange expertise and implement best practices. ELIXIR service bundles are collections of specific, digital resources dedicated to a specific scientific domain in order to provide or facilitate access. In this project, we built the service bundle for systems biology of rare diseases. It is constructed around typical use cases e.g. molecular pathways of rare diseases, rare disease omics data analysis and network analysis, and provides possible solutions in forms of workflows and software tools including available tutorials and additional information material.

The project is funded by European Union's ELIXIR Rare Disease Community Implementation Study.
