ECG Eye-tracking Experiment 1

Visual transitions between ECG leads are compared between 2 groups (correct ECG interpretation vs incorrect ECG interpretation) per ECG. The transition matrices are transformed into Markov chains and the distance between them is computed with the Jensen-Shannon Distance. A permutation test is then carried out 10,000 times with randomly shuffled participants from the previous groups generating a distribution.
