Role of Wikipedia in Education

Description

Wikipedia has great potential for use in education. In this talk, I dispel common misconceptions about Wikipedia, illustrate how Wikipedia is a great model for how knowledge is produced, and how we can harness its power to enhance learning. I end by encouraging people to visit the Wiki Education Foundation (https://wikiedu.org/) which actively works with educators to integrate Wikipedia into their teaching.
