Description
All optical mapping data (both real data and synthetic data) used in OMSV paper.
There are three types of data for each sample:
- Raw optical mapping data (.cmap format)
- Normal alignment of optical mapping data (.oma format)
- Split alignment of optical mapping data (.oma format)
