Alkalinity and calcium carbonate in Earth system models, and implications for the ocean carbon cycle

I share here all the configurations of the NEMO-PISCES model that were created and used during my thesis to perform two sets of simulations. The routines of the standard reference configuration are included in 'Standard’. On the contrary, only the modified routines are shared for the two sets of sensitivity simulations, which can be found in 'Carbonate_pump_projections' and 'Pre-industrial_air-sea_carbon_flux’.
