Theoretical and methodological aspects and perspectives of the development of management in the sphere of physical culture and sports under military conditions

The subject of the research the theoretical and methodological principles of management in the
field of physical culture and sports under martial law.
The aim of the research is to determine the main elements of the management system in the field
of physical culture and sports and to find prospects for their development.
Research methods. General scientific and special research methods were used regarding
management in the field of physical culture and sports under martial law.

Results of the investigation. It has been established that management in the field of physical
culture and sports during martial law acquires a particularly significant importance, both from the
point of view of socio–economic and political changes of today, as it supports the development of
physical–spiritual and psychological–social aspects of the life of the country’s population since the
beginning of a full–scale invasion. The main elements regarding the improvement of the functioning of
state management mechanisms in the field of physical culture and sports have been determined. The
reasons for the importance of the state in regulating the sphere of physical culture and sports have
been established. It has been proven that the process of optimizing and reforming state management
mechanisms in the field of physical culture and sports is possible only under the condition of
improvement and optimization of its basic types of support. The main trends and changes in the main
indicators of activity in the field of physical culture and sports as of January 1, 2022 are illustrated.
according to the following components: physical education staff, sports facilities, financing of the field
of physical education and sports, sports activities, physical education and recreational activities. The
interaction of the management process in the field of physical culture and sports with other spheres
of society has been established. It has been proven that the result of the effective implementation of
the Strategy for the development of physical culture and sports for the period until 2028 will be the
creation of a sports brand through the prism of physical culture and sports.

Conclusions. The basis of trends in the management of physical culture and sports in Ukraine,
taking into account the state of war, is proposed: the development of sports infrastructure; growing
popularity of various sports; development of sports programs for children and youth; digital technologies
in sports; increased attention to a healthy lifestyle; development of sports science and education;
participation in international sports competitions. It has been proven that the study of current aspects
of management in the field of physical culture and sports in the conditions of martial law will contribute
to the social and labor activity of the population, which will lead to the desire of the population to join
various spheres of public life.
