EXPANDING THE RANGE OF SPORTSMANSHIP OF VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS USING THE TECHNIQUE OF SYMMETRICAL TESTING OF THE ACCURACY OF ATTACKING STRIKES WITH THE RIGHT AND LEFT HAND

In the article, based on the analysis of the results of an experimental study, the priority of symmetrical testing of the accuracy of attacking right and left hand strikes in modern volleyball is revealed. It is assumed that through the systematic use of specially directed exercises, a certain symmetry of the accuracy of attacking actions with the right and left hand can be achieved, and such a procedure, according to the authors, will lead to an expansion of the range of sportsmanship.
