RAȚIONALIZAREA ACTIVITĂȚII PARLAMENTULUI REPUBLICII MOLDOVA: OBIECTIV IMINENT ÎN PERSPECTIVA INTEGRĂRII EUROPENE

Abstract: There is a strong desire on the part of many parliaments to deve-lop their capacities in response to the growing expectations of the people for more efficient and effective service from their representative and this primacy needs to be acknowledged in all support work.
The main goal of this research is to identify the ways of rationalization of the activities of the Parliament in the Republic of Moldova in the perspective of European integration. Without delving into the concept of rationalized par-liamentarism, based on a detailed analysis of the provisions of the Constituti-on, laws and independent reports on Parliament’s activity, the author reveals, and characterizes the key features of rationalization of the Parliament’s ac-tivity. The study is relevant since further rationalization will help to increase the effectiveness of the work of the Parliament, as well as to improve the mechanism of interaction between the highest bodies of state power and will strengthen the democratic and legal foundations of public administration in the Republic of Moldova.
