Strategic Document for Deputy of Cooperative Affairs

In response to the directive from the Deputy of Cooperative Affairs, the Think Tank Cooperative and Development assumed responsibility for crafting a comprehensive four-year operational plan document for the Cooperative Department within the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare. The present document, as its title implies, stands as a proposal designed to accommodate potential adaptability for future administrators. The need for compiling this document arose from the observations of the deputy of cooperative affairs, underscoring the lack of a coherent and structured program within the country's cooperative sector upon assuming the position. This dearth of a defined program necessitated a significant investment of time and effort by the current deputy to chart the initial organizational roadmap. Consequently, to mitigate the recurrence of such deficiencies and to provide a clear trajectory, a robust work plan was meticulously crafted for the development of a four-year operational blueprint for the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor, and Social Welfare in the 13th government. This proactive measure aims to offer future managers a guided path based on the experiences and insights of the current leadership, should they choose to follow it.
