In this article, the legal status of the legal profession of a lawyer is analyzed scientifically-theoretically and legally, and the position of the Republic of Uzbekistan in this regard is fully covered. Also, in the updated constitution, it is the analysis of the rules of articulation with the activities of lawyers, the importance of the bar Institute today, the state of the lawyer in the Republic of Uzbekistan today that is briefly covered.
