A NEW APPROACH TO THE ISSUE OF CITIZENSHIP IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN IN THE NEW EDITION

In the article, the importance of the issue of citizenship in determining the legal status of a person, the fact that the new version of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan pays attention to clearly defining the rights and obligations of citizenship, further strengthening the legal basis by increasing the responsibility for violating it, protecting citizens of Uzbekistan abroad creation of new norms and their expansion, issues of limiting the rights of citizens in the issue of going abroad and re-entering Uzbekistan are analyzed in detail.
