Description
Databases for hafeZ v2.
Holds all_phrogs.h3m HMM profile database of all 38880 PHROGs compatible with PyHMMER and phrog_annot_v4.tsv, a tsv containing metadata for each PHROG.
This is a subset of Pharokka's v1.4.0 database.
