Description

The primary objective of this qualitative descriptive study is to describe and explain pop art stylization as an alternative medium for the creation of Beber Pacitan puppets. This examination means to create the wayang beber character through the stylization of the wayang characters, which looks to safeguard the Pacitan beber manikin. An interactive model was used to generate the various stages of analysis from information, literature reviews, and interviews. Each stage of the analysis included the stages of data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The data source triangulation and theory triangulation methods were utilized in the data validity test. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are the stages of the interactive chain analysis used in the data analysis technique. The characters of Wayang Bereng have been stylized in the style of pop art, making them suitable as alternative media for the growth of traditional art. The Beber Pacitan wayang can be developed through the combination of various styles and illustration methods with traditional art to make it more appealing to future generations without losing its identity
