THE PLACE OF THE LEGEND OF THE GOLDEN CRADLE IN THE HISTORY OF THE KOKAND KHANATE.

This thesis is devoted to the issue of legitimacy of the Khoqand Khanate. According to him, the description of the "Golden Cradle" narrative, which has become a part of the history of the khanate, in the sources and the comments given by the researchers were analyzed. In the 18th century, it was almost out of tradition to try to be a descendant of Genghis in the issue of legalization, but the reasons why the Ming dynasty chose this path were considered.
