RESEARCH OF THE REGULARITIES OF EROSION-MECHANICAL WEAR OF TUBULAR PRODUCTS UNDER CYCLIC INFLUENCE OF HIGH PRESSURES AND TEMPERATURES

Description
The patterns of erosion-mechanical wear of pipe products made from high-alloy structural steels of austenitic, maraging-aging u and transitional bainitic classes after heat treatment and high-energy exposure, under conditions of cyclic exposure to high pressures and temperatures, have been studied. It has been established that the effect of hardening of steels, obtained as a result of high-energy exposure, persists up to five loading cycles, at ten loading cycles, softening processes are observed with increasing temperature, and erosion resistance becomes insensitive to the structural state. Erosive wear of steels is accompanied by the development of fatigue processes, the initiation of cracks; the reverse α'→γ-transformation is realized with a change in the structural-phase state and the formation of austenite from martensite.
