Study of Antocyanins in Different Table Grapes

Results of chromatography-mass spectrometry showed that among the investigated grapes, malvidin 3,5-0-
diglucoside is found only in a variety Pobeda. It means that the variety Pobeda is a hybrid. Therefore, for
population maintenance with qualitative and fresh grapes it is important to use such table varieties of grapes
as Tayfi Rozoviy, Chemaya asma, Marandy Shemaxinsky. As a result of the analysis it is revealed that
except variety Pobeda other investigated varieties of grapes are natural and ecologically pure.
