Determination of Antioxidant and Antiradical Activities of Extracts from Several Plants

Description
There is the possibility of the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cells under the stress. ROS are
the free radical particles very dangerous for cells. The accumulation of ROS is very perilous. Such sub-
stances as an antioxidants (AO) are well known from plant fresh material. The rare and untraditional plants
contain the compounds with insufficiently investigated properties. In the presented work the screening of
several natural products as an extracts from plants of Azerbaijan is performed.
