Tablazo-radar Puente Quetame

This dataset corresponds to 36 hours of 0.5-degree angle radar data from El Tablazo radar in Colombia starting on 2023-07-16 at 00:00 UTC and ending on 2023-07-18 at 23:55 UTC. During this period, heavy rainfall occurred near Puente Quetame, Cundinamarca, triggering a flash flood that caused several fatalities and economic losses. A CSV file with data from weather surface stations is also available for comparisons with radar estimates.  This data set will be available to whoever might be interested in replicating the Quantitative Precipitation Estimation QPE talk during AtmosCol 2023 Symposium. Data ETL was done to serve files in Analysis-Ready Cloud-Optimized (ARCO) format (.zarr)
