Models of single-stranded RNA with atomic detail generated with the hierarchical chain growth; RNA fragment MD library the polymers were grown from.

HCG_models.tar.gz: homopolymeric rA30 and rU30, heteropolymeric rUCAAUC, rA19 with attached FRET fluorophores Alexa 594 and Alexa 488, and 5' UTR of SARS-CoV-2. For each model we uploaded a multiframe PDB with 20 models.
fragmentLib_RNA.tar.gz: 100 ns REMD trajectories of 64 fragments used as input for HCG (or alternative fragment assembly implementations).
