Description
New:
- More robust fingerprint clustering engine (less ram, faster alignments for large DBs)
- Changed defaults:
- --npenalize now default, disable with --nwildcard
- CAPITALIST is default alignment mode
- Some debug-centric options removed
- Still compatible with old commandlines
Note: this version has not been extensively tested for making DBs. Alignment with existing DBs should be fine.
