This dataset accompanies the article "Structural complexity and benthic metabolism: resolving the links between carbon cycling and biodiversity in restored seagrass meadows" submitted to Biogeosciences. The dataset includes benthic fluxes and biodiversity data in from bare sediments, restored Zostera marina and a natural Z. marina meadow collected in Gåsö (58.2325, 11.3984) between July 05 - July 20, 2022.
