Flow cytometric abundances in Flathead Lake, Montana

Three years of both non-pigmented and cyanobacteria cellular abundances in temperate, oligotrophic Flathead Lake, recorded on an Attune Accoustic Focusing flow cytometer. Lake water was collected from Flathead Lake's main sampling location 'Midlake Deep' (47° 52´ N, 114° 4´ W) at 5 depths (5 m, 10 m, 50 m, 90 m, and the depth-variable chlorophyll maximum).
