Description
The project involves comparative study for processes of Municipal Solid (Biodegradable) Waste disposal. This will require constructions of two pits namely for Vermicomposting and for Aerobic Composting. Further the total solid waste generated at VJTI Hostels will be gathered and their classification will be carried out. The characteristics of waste will also be determined. This will enable to reduce the waste and ensure its safe disposal thereby generating eco-friendly and sound systems, strengthening the biological system.
