Reference files for MahaRank

Description

MahaRank uses the DNA sequence of the plasmid as input (query), searches the reference DB, and ranks hosts (bacteria) in the order in which they are likely to be entered by the plasmid.
These reference files are used as the reference DB, reference.tar.gz is the one actually used in MahaRank and reference_slim.tar.gz is the data to test the source-code of MahaRank.
