COverlap: a Fiji co-localization toolset (Supplementary material)
Description
Supplementary material for the COverlap toolset, a 4 steps Fiji/ImageJ toolset intended for the co-localization of two nuclear markers on multichannel Z-stack confocal images.
Testing Files.zip is a sample dataset that allows testing of the toolset.
protocol-IHC_DAPI405_Lectin488_EdU555_ERG633.xlsx is the immunohistochemistry protocol used to stain the 50µm rat brain slices on which the sample dataset images were acquired.
ImageAcquisition_Specs.docx contains the specifications of our image acquisition protocol (Microscopy checklist generated with Rebecca Senft's app and FPbase spectra viewer)
