Updated DeepDDI model

Description
DeepDDI is a deep learning framework for the prediction of drug-drug and drug-food interactions.
We have updated the DeepDDI model using DrugBank database version 5.1.10.
The model was saved in the HDF5 format using the Keras library for Python.
