Маркетплейс в сфере энергетики в ЕС: миф или реальность?

On 16 May 2023 the European Commission announced the results of the first international joint gas purchasing tender launched by the European Commission on 10 May 2023 through newly established demand aggregation and joint purchasing service (AggregateEU). In this paper we will try to answer the question whether now within the EU we may find efficient marketplace in the sphere of renewable and non-renewable energy. Considering the results of the EU's digital transformation of trade in the energy sector it is necessary to take into account the fact that the EU is a distinct alliance acting through its competent authorities vested by its member states with certain powers in law making, law enforcing and judging in the sector concerned, and the e-commerce is a wide range of public relations aimed at transfer of property using new information and communication technologies and governed by the rules of the applicable international and domestic law.
