  • 1. Tashkent State Dental Institute Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Description

The problem of obstetric blood loss is the most urgent problem of modern health care. Today, among the causes of maternal death, bleeding occupies a leading place both in Uzbekistan and in many countries of the world and is in the range of 20-26% (23, 24, 36). The article studied the clinical efficacy and feasibility of using a complex method for preventing bleeding during abdominal delivery with the inclusion of a combined infusion of 6% HES + crystalloid solutions in women at high risk for the development of intraoperative bleeding. The scheme of using a combined infusion of 6% HES + crystalloid solutions during a cesarean section helps to reduce massive bleeding and avoids the development of subsequent reproductive disorders.
