Data for: Evolution Reinforces Cooperation with the Emergence of Self-Recognition Mechanisms: an empirical study of the Moran process for the iterated Prisoner's dilemma using reinforcement learning

This contains data used for a paper titled: Evolution Reinforces Cooperation with the Emergence of Self-Recognition  Mechanisms: an empirical study of the Moran process for the iterated Prisoner's dilemma using reinforcement learning.

Numerous data sets are included, the main being `main.csv` which includes the fixation counts for a number of Moran processes between pairs of players from the Axelrod library.
