This section first presents the methodology followed during the elaboration of this report, which is essential to help understand a recreate the findings of this document. It also presents the structure of the document, which has been agreed and shared between the second deliverable of work packages WP4, WP5 and WP6. After that, it presents the exclusion criteria followed, which highlights essential aspects to understand which data have not been considered and why. Finally, a brief explanation of the data sources used is presented.
