MURI Metabarcoding Sample Dataset
Description
This is a test dataset for the metabarcoding_QAQC_pipeline repo: https://github.com/MMARINeDNA/metabarcoding_QAQC_pipeline . These are fastq files of eDNA metabarcoding sequences that were sequenced on the Illumina Miseq platform, as well as the Miseq sample sheet.
