Sophiread v2.2.0 release

This package `sophiread` contains several components, where SophireadLib provides critical computing component that perform raw data interpretation and clustering. The other applications uses SophireadLib to provide various ways to process raw tpx3 file from data collected by timepix3 chip.

This package is intended to provide a simple way to developers and hardware development team to interface with the special data format of timepix3 chip, and it is expected that SophireadLib will be used as dependencies for downstream application/software.
