Description
This dataset is the final result gotten from preprocessing the Acc_tcga_2018 gotten from the cBio portal and integrating it with the nodes gotten from pathway commons. It contains the edge index, the patients' information and survival time. It is to be used with Pytorch geometric for building GNNs.
