Building Capacity for DH-OER with CASEFULL

If all students are to succeed.  Then South African education and knowledge production sector partners (including libraries). Have to provide greater access to appropriate teaching and learning materials, At present, access to affordable, appropriate reading, teaching and learning resources, that can be freely and legally shared, is very limited. Many South African students cannot afford to purchase any books. Let alone text books. In this presentation I will explore eight of the elements that contribute towards this situation and I’ve used the acronym CASEEFULL to highlight eight of these elements.
