FLOP test dataset

The test dataset for FLOP is a subset of the PANACEA dataset (doi.org/10.1016/j.xcrm.2021.100492) containing ASPC cell samples treated with three different kinase inhibitors (MK2206, Regorafenib and KW2449) and DMSO as control. It consists of three files: a count matrix, a metadata table assigning each sample to a treatment group, and a contrast table specifying which groups should be compared.
