Creators

Description
This protocol describes how to generate dopaminergic neural progenitor cells (DPCs) from induced-pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) using microfabricated embryoid body disk device (EB disk).
This protocol describes how to:
- Thaw and culture dopaminergic neural progenitor cells (DPCs).
- Plate DPCs in a 96 well format to be differentiated into dopaminergic neurons (DNs)
